Kindred Group has enhanced its online casino service offering in the US by entering into a new partnership with Scientific Games.
Under the agreement, Kindred will now benefit from full functionality with the Scientific Open Gaming System (OGS) and Open Platform System (OPS).
The move will grant Kindred access to a range of online gaming content, as well as various back-end functionality for its platforms.
Kindred, which in June launched its Unibet brand in New Jersey via a partnership with the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, said that the arrangement with Scientific will help strengthen its presence in the state.
“Partnering with Scientific Games to bring world-class content and back-end functionality to New Jersey is a big win as US iGaming gains traction,” Kindred’s senior vice-president for the US, Manuel Stan, said.
“We’re excited to elevate the player experience in New Jersey using the OGS and OPS platforms.”
Dylan Slaney, senior vice-president for casino and platforms at the SG Digital arm of Scientific, added: “We continue to embed both our OPS account platform and our two-sided game aggregation network OGS at the heart of the industry.
