NetEnt is to roll out its content in West Virginia for the first time, in partnership BetMGM, the betting and igaming brand launched through a joint venture between GVC Holdings and MGM Resorts.
BetMGM will launch a range of NetEnt’s online gambling content, following the launch of its BetMGM Casino brand in the state, which went live last month.
The launch has been made possible after NetEnt recently secured a temporary license from the regulatory authorities in West Virginia.
“BetMGM’s rapid success in the US has been impressive and shows no signs of slowing down, making this a significant deal for our company as we continue to expand across the country,” NetEnt vice president of commercial for the Americas Brian Kraft commented.
“Thanks to the strong performance of our games locally, the US is now a major revenue driver for NetEnt and we look forward to working with BetMGM to accelerate growth of both our businesses.”
BetMGM and NetEnt have a similar content partnership in place in New Jersey.
BetMGM’s vice president gaming Matthew Sunderland added: “We have already seen great success with NetEnt content in New Jersey.
“Their team really understand what appeals to gaming customers and I am positive this will serve as a major advantage as we strengthen our existing casino offering in West Virginia.”
