Gambling solutions provider EveryMatrix has announced the opening of Armadillo Studios, its first igaming studio investment in the United States.
Armadillo Studios will develop online casino games for EveryMatrix, with an insight on US player patterns and gaming logic.
The new studio will be managed by chief executive officer Razvan Haiduc and chief operations officer David Stoveld. Haiduc has worked in EveryMatrix’s payments division since 2019 after 5 years with iSoftBet, while Stoveld has worked with gaming production companies such as Scientific Games, Kalamba Games and NetEnt.
Armadillo Studios will be based at EveryMatrix’s headquarters in Miami, Florida.
“We’re more than happy to contribute to U.S. gaming culture with a wide portfolio of casino games which will be managed entirely by our team in Miami,” said Ebbe Groes, group CEO of EveryMatrix.
“Having Razvan and Dave in the studio’s management team brings us confidence that we can be a leading casino supplier in the U.S. market by 2023.”
The Armadillo Studios investment adds to EveryMatrix’s 2021 games development lineup, with the supplier investing in Lady Luck Games before its NASDAQ First North Growth Market listing in May.
“The U.S. market holds a lot of promises, and I am sure that investing in this direction is the right move for us,” Haiduc said.
“Armadillo’s games will bring loads of excitement and entertainment to casino aficionados across states.”
