Genius Sports has expanded its partnership with the National Football League (NFL) to allow fans in the US to view and bet on select games.
Under the arrangement, Genius will utilize its Watch & Bet service and augmented live video betting products with major sports wagering operators in the US.
The NFL appointed Genius as its exclusive worldwide distributor of real-time official play-by-play statistics in April 2021, granting Genius the rights to distribute low latency video feeds to operators in key international markets. This has now been expanded to include the US.
Caesars NFL streaming
Caesars Entertainment will be the first operator to roll out the new service, with customers able to wager on regular season and post season games on mobile phones and tablets.
The Caesars Sportsbook app will offer official data-driven in-game betting opportunities and player props alongside live video streams of NFL games, as well as utilize official NFL league and team marks and logos to promote the offering.
The operator has strong links with the NFL, serving as an official sports betting partner and the first official casino sponsor of the league.
