GVC Holdings has joined forces with responsible gambling training platform RG24seven to deliver specialist education to its staff in the US.
Under the arrangement, RG24seven will provide a range of responsible gambling training to GVC’s employees working across the US market.
GVC will also be able to use RG24seven’s solutions to track, measure and monitor which of its staff have undertaken the training and to see if they understand the concepts of responsible gambling.
“It’s vital our employees know how Responsible Gaming can affect our patrons as well as our businesses. RG24seven is enabling GVC to provide the best in class RG training to our employees,” GVC’s director of regulator affairs and trustee of the GVC Foundation US, Martin Lycka, said.
As part of the new agreement, Lycka has been named chair of RG24seven’s advisory board, which meets three times a year to discuss content, contributors, partnerships and charitable distributions.
RG24seven chief executive Wendy Anderson added: “RG24seven’s mission is to provide the most up-to-date, innovative Responsible Gaming training to the industry while diverting funds back into research and education, where it matters the most.
“We look forward to a successful partnership with GVC and continuing to serve the gaming industry through Responsible Gaming training.”
The link-up comes after GVC last week signed up as a founding member of the All-in Diversity Project, an initiative that champions greater diversity, equality and inclusivity across the gambling industry.
