Online gaming operator PointsBet has announced a collaboration with four-time PGA Tour winner Notah Begay III and the NB3 Foundation, which will see Begay take the role of global golf ambassador for PointsBet.
Through the agreement, Begay will provide support to PointsBet’s diversity initiatives within tribal communities and act as a link between PointsBet partners NBC Sports and the Golf Channel.
Begay will also be involved in creating digital content and implementing customer-exclusive opportunities for PointsBet users.
“We at PointsBet are thrilled to partner with Notah and continue to build upon our expertise in the game of golf,” said Johnny Aitken, chief executive of PointsBet.
“Notah’s incredible knowledge of the game and his unique relationships across the country will serve our company and our customers, and ensure we are the premier sportsbook for golfers everywhere.”
The collaboration with the NB3 Foundation will allow PointsBet to support Native American communities across North America.
“This partnership also provides PointsBet with a genuine connection to NB3 Foundation and ensures we are playing an appropriate role in the communities in which we operate,” added Aitken.
